Pilot enquiries are open, with suitability assessed individually. Initial installations use validated partner equipment. Sanaura’s own hardware remains in development; concept imagery is not evidence of a completed customer installation.

Discuss the city, construction stage, rooms, routines and project constraints. An enquiry does not guarantee acceptance.

Agree equipment suitability, control locations, concealed services and manual-control expectations with the relevant professionals.

Define a bounded pilot
Specify scope, responsibilities and success criteria. Clearly separate validated partner equipment from any separately agreed experimental Sanaura hardware.

Commission and review
Plan checks for controls, connectivity loss, privacy choices, documentation and handover. Support arrangements would be agreed per project.
